Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I order?
It depends on the occasion. For weddings, order about 1 month ahead for chocolates (one per guest), or 4 to 6 weeks ahead for favors (one per family). Personalized chocolate with a thank you card takes about 3 weeks. Baby showers are about 2 weeks, and baptisms and First Holy Communions are about 3 to 4 weeks. Rush orders may be possible depending on my current schedule, just ask, and I'll always be honest about what's possible.
How is pricing determined?
Prices start at $25 each for keepsake favors, $5 per piece for personalized chocolates, $7 each for personalized chocolate with a thank you card, and $50 per pound for bulk chocolates. The final price depends on the design, personalization, and quantity, so contact me and I'll put together a quote for you.
What can you personalize?
Quite a lot! I can add names, event dates, company logos, and names in Arabic or English. I also offer custom colors, personalized tags, thank you cards, and special messages. Very long names or messages may need a slight design adjustment, and some custom requests may have an additional charge depending on the design.
Do you take corporate or bulk orders?
Yes! I welcome corporate and bulk orders with a 50-piece minimum. Bulk chocolates start at $50 per pound, and I'm happy to add your company logo or a personalized message. Contact me with what you need and I'll send you a quote.
Do you offer Arabic or bilingual personalization?
Yes! I'm one of the few chocolatiers in San Diego who offers Arabic and bilingual personalization. Whether it's names, dates, or special messages, I can create it in Arabic, English, or both.
Can I see a design before I commit?
Absolutely. For custom orders, I provide a free design proof so you can see exactly what your favors will look like before production begins. No surprises.
What makes your chocolate different from what I find on Etsy?
My chocolates are made with real, premium chocolate sourced from Lebanon, not the thin, waxy compound chocolate used by mass producers. You'll taste the difference immediately. Every piece is handcrafted, not machine-stamped.
Do you ship or is it pickup only?
Both! Local pickup is available in San Diego, and I ship statewide across California. Packaging is designed to keep your chocolates perfect in transit.
What if I have food allergies or dietary needs?
My chocolates contain common allergens including milk, soy, and may contain traces of nuts. I always disclose ingredients for your specific order. If you have concerns, let me know and I'll work with you to find the right option.
